Scandinavian Hospitality Management (SHM) is a hotel management and development company. SHM operate hotels under franchise agreement with Marriott International. The team consists of experienced hoteliers that work together to support our real estate partners during the entire cycle of hotel development and to operate hotels in such a way to bring long-term success to the project. 

Together with Marriott and Vastint, Scandinavian Hospitality Management has developed Europe’s newest hotel brand, MOXY Hotels. Marriott has selected SHM to be the first and preferred operator of MOXY Hotels, with a target of opening 50 MOXY hotels within the next 5 years.
