SCOAP-Profile GmbH is developer of the SCOAP Profile which is a tool to measure human drivers and unconscious motivation in the workplace. This is based on, and consolidates, research in human neuroscience, psychology, organisational behaviour and business performance. Our book "Neuroleadership" summarises the background and scientific basis of the tool.

The tool gives insights into personal drivers and unconscious motivation and hence is a tool to show engagement and personal preferences and highlight concrete ares of intervention / quick wins for leaders. It simultaneously stimulates self-resonsibilty and highlights leadership and team issues and where these can be best approached and resolved.
