A part of our hardware team traveled to Shenzhen to get in contact with suppliers and start the production. See the first results in this video. We believe 3D data should be as easy and accessible as a 2D photo. Scoobe3d is a new 3D scanner that is easy to use as a smartphone, precise up to 0.1 mm and creates seamless 3D models. Scoobe3d technology (patent pending) uses a combination of a ToF, photogrammetry and polarization. Unlike laser-based systems, hand’s tremor does not affect the accuracy of this technique.
