As new Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC, which replaces 98/37/EC) put into force on 29 Dec 2009, EU market surveillance turns to be more sensitive on the application of this new Machinery Directive, on the awareness of this we adjusted ourself and paid more attention on 2006/42/EC requirments such as safety guards, products marking according to our Risk Assessment procedure according to EN ISO 14121-1 which derived from Annex I of 2006/42/EC.
