Established in Oyonnax (French "Plastic Vallée"), SISE designs, manufactures and sells a wide range of products dedicated to the plastic injection molding industry.

SISE offers four comprehensive product lines :

Hot Runner Temperature Control

With 320,000 control zones installed and a 65% share of the French market, SISE Hot Runner Temperature Controllers have been setting the standard worldwide. SISE technology guarantees precise and continuous control of the temperature at all points where the material passes through.

Water & Oil Mold Temperature Control

Having acquired Parmilleux in 2003 and with 15,000 mold temperature controllers installed worldwide, SISE now offers one of the most extensive ranges of water and oil temperature controllers on the market. Water, pressurized water and oil-based temperature controllers designed, developed and manufactured by SISE provide rapid mold heating and guarantee excellent final product quality. SISE is also one of the world leaders in Extreme Temperature & Pressure applications with its custom TPC range (Low Voltage Electrically Heated Process Tube).

Sequential Valve Gate Control

SISE pioneered this new method of injection molding with more than 1700 systems worldwide. Mainly used in the Automotive industry for the manufacture of large parts such as fenders, dashboards, door modules : sequential valve gate systems yield a finished product that is seamless yet strong.

Production & P rocess M onitoring

SISE has thoroughly mastered the monitoring of plastics and composites process data to guarantee a finished product of impeccable quality and safety.

Coupled with its expertise in Hot Runner Temperature Control, Sequential Valve Gate Control and Water & Oil Temperature Control, SISE solutions for production and process data monitoring offer guaranteed comprehensive management of the entire chain of production.

Industry 4.0

For 50 years SISE offers a worldwide expertise in all its activities. Since several years, SISE implemented a strategy toward Industry 4.0 and more than 10% of turnover is devoted to Research and Development to propose high quality products with high technology. It aims to help our customers to optimize their production line notably through the SISE terminals machine integrated or not. Our customers collect important datas which help them to adapt their production line and reduce the scraps rate to optimize their costs. 

Customer Service Center

A Customers Service Center was created in 2019 to strengthen the technical support for our clients. The department is composed of 14 qualified professionals and aims to support our customers in the first installation and start-up of equipment at the production site. The CSC department plan on-site User Training and suggest technical assistance contract and maintenance contract tailored to your specific needs
