We are a swiss user experience design studio that works internationally.
We help companies and organizations improve their user and customer experience on products, services and processes. In the customer's age we help business to be successful by increasing the customers adoption, engagement and loyalty over time.
Our goal is to help companies, and organizations to understand, design, and deliver user, and customer experiences that overcome people expectations using technologies.
We started out from an idea of Luca Mascaro in 2006 and we’ve been offering our user experience design services and strategic consultancy all over the world ever since, working for the most important digital brands, such as La Gazzetta dello Sport, Yahoo, Adobe, eBay, Moleskine, Mondadori, and MTV.
