Operating as a global, remote first operation our team is embedded in the locations across the world where they wish to live and work, supported by permanent locations the US, Europe and ANZ. Unusually for a fast growing IT company, product manufacturing is done in-house in California, USA with a manufacturing in Centre of Excellence in Berlin. Notably, SoftIron is the only manufacturer offering auditable provenance on every single appliance it supplies. This is the foundation stone of security.
