Senior will maintain their homes with the assistance of professionally trained in-home health care workers,. The in Home Heath Care teams will provide support in promoting health, accepting self-development in growing older, and self-determination making their life decisions.

The purpose of Sojourner Truth Home Health Care is to give relief to low/middle income families, and to give families an opportunity at maintaining their careers or employment, with the support of qualified professionals providing quality care to their significant other.
