SCL Ltd is operated from Nursling Industrial Estate, which is situated in Southampton approximately 10 minutes from Southampton docks and 5 minutes from the M27. SCL currently run a modern fleet of own vehicles supported by dedicated sub-contractors, presently numbering approximately 80 tractor units. A number of these tractor units are based in the North East and North West of England.

The majority of our work is container imports and exports through Southampton Container Terminal however SCL operate throughout the UK visiting all Major Ports. As well as running to all destinations in the UK, we can provide day and night vehicles for local and medium distance delivery/collections.

As part of our further expansion plans for 2008, SCL has recently acquired a 24,000 sq ft Bonded warehouse for both ERTS and long-term storage. We are now able to offer the complete container logistics package. The company see this as a key part of our future along with plans to expand into Leeds and Birmingham. By increasing the number of vehicles we operate and expanding across the UK we hope to attract larger customers and raise our company profile within the industry.

Through our Warehousing and Distribution services we also offer Customs Clearance / pick and pack operations / palletisation / Pallet Network for smaller cosignments / re-labeling etc
