Stockibooks offers several services to professional photographers.

These services are divided into two main areas: PHOTOGRAPHERS SEARCHER and PHOTO PURCHASE AND STOCKAGE:

Fifteen to seven days prior to the expire of the trial period you will receive an e-mail requesting the payment for the services you are using. The payment must be done before the expire date, otherwise, the account and the services will be blocked automatically by Stockibooks until the payment is completed.

1. PHOTOGRAPHERS SEARCH ENGINE

1.1. Stockibooks offers the photographers requesting the basic fee the possibility to be viewed by customers through the following services:

1. To be located by proximity to the customer. That is shown on the main page with the option 'PHOTOGRAPHERS IN MY AREA'

2. Possibility to see recent photos in the LATEST UPDATES option in the main page. The photos will be shown in a mosaic (nine pages with twelve pictures each). The photographer will update his/her book and file with recent pictures. The latest entries will be shown first.

3. Creation of a PORTFOLIO in an own subdomain (www.name.stockibooks.com). The PORTFOLIO includes:

a). PROFESSIONAL (or corporate) BOOK with a hundred images 900x600 px and a maximum weight of 650kb. There is the choice of four different formats.

b). Classify the images into up to nine different categories:

· Architecture and interior

· Artistic

· Publicity and products

· fashion and beauty

· Social photo report

· Portrait

· nature and animals

· artistic

· Other

c). Biography or curriculum.

d). Contact details (phone number, URL, links...) Since the details will be published the photographer will decide whether to provide an e-mail address or to be contacted through a request form.

e). Link to the SHOP or STOCK

4. On the MEMBER LIST option, the user will be able to access a list of all the members according to their last login. It will show four images of each member as well as the contact details.

5. SEARCH of photographers by name, country, city or specialization.

6. When a user is searching for a photographer and points with the mouse to a photo, automatically it will appear the name of the photographer and by clicking on it the PORTFOLIO will appear.

7. The photographer will be able to access a LIST OF ENTRIES to the subdomain. This report will show a graphic with the number of entries, date and time of the visit, and country/province of the customer.

8. A control panel to modify your details, upload photos, update information or rename images.

1.2. After acquiring the BASIC RATE, stockibooks also offers the possibility to stand by country, contracting the PREMIUM RATE or the PREMIUM PLUS RATE:

1.2.1 PREMIUM PLUS RATE : Will enable the photographer to be viewed and highlighted on page one from the four areas accessible at the main page. As well as access to his/her information, corporate images and showing slides of his/her books.

1.2.2 PREMIUM RATE :Will enable the photographer to be viewed on page two from the four areas accessible at the main page. As well as access to his/her information, corporate images and showing slides of his/her books.

2. PHOTO SHOP OR STOCK

SELL YOUR PICTURES AT THE PRICE YOU WANT AND UNDER THE CONDITIONS THAT YOU DECIDE AND GET 100% OF THE SELLING PRICE!!!

You will have in your book shop 3GB available to sell your pictures. If you are already using other websites to sell your pictures, bring us your top sells and increase your profits!

Stockibooks provides a space to sell your photos and receive 100% of the selling price on your bank account. With the SELLER RATE you will be able to create a BOOK shop or stock. In order to have this service you only need to have subscribed to the BASIC RATE.

2.1 What does the seller service provide?

1. You will be able to sell your images commission free. Stockibooks only provides the space to do the sale. You will need a PAYPAL account in order to receive the total amount of the selling price.

2. You, as owner of the image rights, decide on the licence agreement.

3. We provide two licence models as an orientation. You can use and adapt one of them or use your own.

4. You create a BOOK SHOP with up to 200 images or 3GB availability per costumer. They should be on JPG format and classify like a normal personal book with the possibility to add 'tags' to help the search.

5. As soon as a photo is uploaded, there are seven possible categories of selling/downloading them. The seller should specify the price for each one (tax included).

6. Each download option has a PAYMENT button linked to paypal. Which means the seller should be on paypal in order to receive the full amount of the transaction. The SELLER is responsible for all the arrangements with paypal in order to go ahead with the sale.

7. The seller will provide the LICENCE AGREEMENT for each image.

8. The BOOK SHOP is also shown in the photographers web site. The potential customer that finds a specific photographer will be able to access the shop through the pictures.

9. Each time the SELLER updates the BOOK in the SHOP, the new image will appear the first one on the top left hand side of the mosaic of images from the main page of SHOP or STOCK.
