EXTENSIONS
The currentt legislation requires a minimum of 300 sqm land for each accommodation unit, therefore, this establishment can be considerably enlarged and it is technically prepared for that without altering the main installations and structures.
· All water drains are oversized with diameters of 400 mm. Besides, there are blind drains for future extensions.
· The water storage tanks as well as the water purification tanks are 200% versized.
· On the one store restaurant building can be built, at least, one more floor without modifying its foundations or structures.
· The three phase main electric installation is oversized and divided in many single phase areas for a better control and safety. There are also blind pipes ready for the future.
· Although the hotel registered cathegory is “Hostal rural 2*”, it can be transformed into a “Hotel rural 3*” without altering the sizes of the buildings.
