When large parts of your job involve asking people what they love about their job and what makes them tick, inevitably you begin to look inwards and think hard about the same things yourself. For us, we love manging a process from start to finish, the sense of ownership that invokes and the relationships that you build with the people you speak to everyday.

Ultimately, whilst we loved what we did and enjoyed our careers at the companies we worked for, we recognised that we wanted to create a company where we too, can shape the culture and the way we conduct both ourselves and the business and so Tashida Pharmaceutical was born.
