Telecommunication Properties, Inc. (TPI) was founded in 1985. TPI is as an operator of large scale fiber and wireless collocation facilities inside some of America's largest projects like office buildings, professional football stadiums, airports and hospitals.

TPI is a debt free company and privately funded. TPI has the financial strength to fund large telecommunication projects. More importantly, TPI has the stability and experience needed to project manage and operate large distributed antenna systems (DAS), broadcast antenna sites and telecom facilities.
