The Silicon Search helps semiconductor companies find the leaders and technical specialists they need to grow.

We work with with semiconductor businesses on leadership and senior specialist hires across manufacturing, equipment, materials, design, packaging and photonics.

Some roles in the semiconductor industry are difficult to hire for.
The experience you need may exist in only a handful of companies. Or you may know what the business needs to achieve, but you’re still working out who should lead it.

That’s where we come in.

We help define roles, explore where the relevant experience sits and approach people directly.
We also give clients an honest view of what the market can offer and help with salary benchmarking, so they can make informed decisions.

Whether you’re building a new team, increasing production capacity or looking for expertise that is difficult to find, we can help you reach the right people.
