The 3 Graces as a company was established in 1996 to provide professional executive interim management services plus related advisory and change management consultancy. Since that time, its services have expanded to include non executive directorships (NED and NEC), plus confidential coaching/mentoring activity for senior executives or teams. I am formally qualified at ILM 7 executive coaching and mentoring level and a member of the Association for Coaching.

The core competencies of professional interim executive services are utilised across the transformational change spectrum. This encompasses turnaround; business strategy production and implementation, re-structuring, delivering profitable growth, acquisition integration and preparation for sale. The reasons for these, or similar changes being required of course vary but include; sudden market changes, negative cash flow, key skills deficiencies, impact of mergers or acquisitions, stressed margins, difficulties with balance sheet control and so on.
