The Cempa Group is an organization covering many areas of business, Investment Solutions, Retail, Marketing, Social Networking Site, Lettings and Maintenance, Coffee Bar / Record Label and will plan on creating a Homeless and Unemployed group that will be a self sustaining "charity".

We like all our business to work off and for each other, with each one supplying and assisting the growth of there sister companies.

Marketing helps all of the above and through our SEO / Web Design associates who deal with our clients web needs, we are creating the social networking site which is based around a sporting activity that the owner and founder of our associates SEO company has created academies across Europe, which in turn open the doors to wealthy clients and greater exposure for our marketing clients.

The Coffee Bar and record label are a closely guarded secret until we have launched.

Our retail business is aimed and linked with helping the Homeless and Unemployed by offering affordable items of necessity.

So what do we exactly do:

Our primary activity is the investment business, as we have created a system we call ERTS, now this basically allows real estate investors to release equity from their portfolios at NO cost, which they can use to re-invest to increase their portfolio's - this was created to ease the problem of NMD being made illegal in the UK, but its can work in many areas, the business that is struggling financially, we we can release funds from almost any asset which can be used to re-invest in to ERTS, we offer solutions to investment problems.

We also have real estate opportunities, which of course brings perfect synergy and affords a "One-Stop- Shop" situation.

Through our lettings business we will look after all our UK clients portfolios, offering a total management opportunity, but with the facility to offer legal contracts for Spanish investors seeking a strong tenant as the laws in Spain favour the actual tenant over the properties owner, so having a strong legal contract is a must, we can help and soon we will be able to help in other European countries, management, maintenance and legalities.
