Brian Michael Radke grew up in Lake County, Illinois. He attended grade school at Prince of Peace Catholic School in Lake Villa, Illinois and graduated from Antioch Community High School. Brian went on to attend Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, Illinois where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science (pre-law) with History as a minor.

After graduating from Northern Illinois University Brian worked for a short time in the mortgage industry. Shortly thereafter, Brian applied and was accepted to law school. He earned his Juris Doctor (JD) degree from The John Marshall School of Law in Chicago, Illinois, were he also worked under experienced attorneys and legal professional.

After his first year of his law school, Brian received a legal internship for a Circuit Court Judge in the criminal felony division of the 11th Judicial Circuit in Miami, Florida. Brian used this opportunity to observe and research criminal proceedings and various criminal law issues. As part of the internship, Brian also drafted various briefs, memoranda of law and proposed orders for the Judge he worked under.

In his second year of his law school, Brian started working in a small Chicago Family Law firm where he earned a great deal of experience in matrimonial and family law. Working as a law clerk, he researched various family law issues and drafted pleadings for associated with these issues. After graduating from law school, he continued on as an attorney in the same law firm.

In 2009, after obtaining a great deal of experience in both government and private settings, Brian decided to start his own law firm. At The Law Offices of Brian M.
