Marmon Merchandising Technologies Group

The Marmon Merchandising Technologies Group consists of three business sectors:

Retail Science, Retail Store Equipment, and Retail Products.

Marmon Retail Science businesses use consumer insights and scientific methods to

develop retail merchandising solutions for global brands and retailers. This sector focuses

on the transportation, cosmetics, grocery, and consumer electronics markets. Specialties

include retail environments, merchandising displays, digital merchandising, marketing

programs, and security solutions. Products also include retail site furnishings such as

recycling and waste containers, and cigarette disposal receptacles.

Marmon Retail Store Equipment companies design and produce store fixtures used by the

world’s largest retailers to display merchandise for consumers. Products include shelving

units, racks, bins, tables, cabinets, point-of-purchase displays, and service and checkout

counters for discount, grocery, and specialty stores. This sector also includes leading

designers and manufacturers of metal and plastic shopping carts, material handling carts,

and automation equipment used in a variety of industries.

Marmon Retail Products is dedicated to the retail channel, particularly home improvement

centers, and to meeting the needs of consumers with an array of do-it-yourself products

including Stay Plugged™ and ElectraTrac™ extension cords, Cerro electrical building

wire, Comtran data communications cable, Cerro plumbing tube, brass fittings, and non-

metallic elbows, couplings, and fittings used in conduit systems. Also within this sector,

Campbell Hausfeld produces consumer and commercial-grade air compressors, air nailers

and staplers, tire inflators, paint sprayers, pressure washers, and welders. Also serving

consumers through home improvement, hardware, and other stores is Wells Lamont Retail

Group, which supplies a wide array of work and garden gloves, and work socks.

Highway Technologies Group

The Marmon Highway Technologies Group and business sector support the heavy-duty

highway transportation industry with trailers, fifth wheel coupling devices, OEM truck

modifications, spray suppression products, and undercarriage products such as brake

parts and suspension systems.

Additionally, this sector’s Automotive Aftermarket Group supplies leading auto parts

retailers with Perfection clutches and related light-duty vehicle products and services.

Food, Beverage & Water Technologies Group

The Marmon Food, Beverage & Water Technologies Group consists of three business

sectors: Foodservice Technologies, Beverage Technologies, and Water Technologies.

Marmon Foodservice Technologies designs and produces hot and cold food preparation

equipment for the world’s leading quick-serve and casual-dining restaurants as well as

other commercial and institutional markets. Products include hot food holding cabinets,

steamers, contact grills, high-speed toasters, timers, smallwares such as tomato slicers

and fry baskets, refrigerated food holding cabinets and preparation tables, freezers, and

other commercial products including milk and cream dispensers.

Marmon Beverage Technologies supplies beverage dispensing and cooling equipment for

global brand owners and foodservice retailers. Products include a broad line of dispensers

and accessories for soft drinks, water, beer, ice, juice, dairy, tea, and frozen beverages.

Businesses in this sector also provide point-of-purchase equipment such as on-shelf

organizers for beverages; produce merchandising displays for the bulk food sections

of supermarkets and foodservice retailers; and distribute replacement parts for the

foodservice and beverage industries.

Marmon Water Technologies produces equipment and systems for residential,

commercial, and industrial applications worldwide. Products for the home include water

softening, purification, and refrigeration filtration systems, both under the EcoWater name

and private-label brands available from leading retailers. Businesses in this sector also

supply water treatment systems for power generation, oil and gas, chemical, and other

industrial markets. Products also include gear drives for irrigation systems and cooling

towers, and air-cooled heat exchangers.
