Mr. Hart is a registered architect with 25 years of professional experience in project management in Arizona. Tom’s career has included Urban Scale Master Planning, Shopping Center Design, Commercial, Industrial, Tenant Improvement, Golf Course Club House Architecture, Corporate Interiors, Hospitality, Multi-Family and Senior Housing, High-end Custom Residential and Restaurant Projects. Over the last 15 years, Tom has developed a specialty in Sports Complex & Religious Architecture which has involved Programming, Master Planning, City Process, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration. Tom integrates project management with the design process ensuring a cohesive design solution for the client’s unique program and budget. Tom has a working knowledge and project experience with LEED Sustainable Design and has recently passed the LEED AP Exam.
