Executive Coaching

Team Development Coaching and Coaching Courses
In addition to our one to one Executive Coaching services our Company provides Team Development Coaching and Team Building to enhance team performance. We also offer a variety of Coaching Courses to provide Directors and Managers with the coach skills to develop members of their teams. Mentoring
In some cases our clients want a mentoring partnership rather than executive coaching. The skills used in mentoring are similar to those used in coaching and each Executive Coach is qualified in both. In a mentoring partnership the client tends to be seeking more advice and suggestions from a Coach who has had relevant experience of the topic under discussion. Clients using our mentoring services often use them when they need an independent and confidential sounding board about a particular situation, for example during a period of substantial business change. Some clients use our mentoring services on an ongoing basis, to meet around three or four times a year, to discuss current business issues and future plans.
Career Coaching
We provide professional Career Coaching for Executives and Managers. This includes Director or Manager coaching on career management topics. Examples of recent assignments include; consideration of how to move from a functional specialism into a general management position, how to make a successful transition into a new and more senior role. As part of our career coaching and career management practice we work with private clients who are looking for a new role. This can be following redundancy, or because you are looking for a career change. This coaching ensures you are able to consider the right type of role for you, and put in place the actions necessary to get the job that you really want.
