TRAVIS is a data driven road service network which offers carriers and service providers opportunities to keep up with this quick digitisation. However quick the landscape may be changing, human interactions are still very much part of each link in the supply-chain (such as road services).

Seeing how much the technique behind the TRAVIS platform already enables us to do, and how fast technological progress (Artificial Intelligence, anyone?) is made, we expect vehicles – not humans – to find, book and pay road services in the future.
