secure networking and combine that with our custom technology in candidate tracking, screening

and management to offer the most sophisticated combination of talent banking, candidate tracking

and online headhunting in the market.

Twosteps currently matches jobseekers and employers locally, nationally and globally across the

legal services sector but is dedicated to supporting the entire professional services industry by the

end of 2010.

The concept stems from three simple factors; globalisation, advances in both digital and social media

and generational change. The direct interface between employer and jobseeker across the globe allows Twosteps

to offer targeted, quality candidates at a significantly lower cost than traditional recruitment methods.

Twosteps is privately owned. The founders have over thirty years direct experience as Lawyers,

Headhunters and Sales & Marketing professionals. We launched in mid 2010 and we

are now operating in the UK, Europe, Australia and Asia.
