Dal 2005 al 2009 siamo stati associati ad UCISAP, associazione costruttori italiani stampi e attrezzature di precisione.

Su richiesta emettiamo certificato di controllo misura pezzi con sistema 3D per documentazione qualità.

Vi.Meccanica snc realizza portastampi speciali con materiali e progetti forniti dal cliente. Il nostro ufficio tecnico programma i cicli di lavorazione usando modellatori 3D(ProEngineer- WildFire) e cam (WorkNc- Taglio).

La finitura dei portastampi è realizzata su centri di lavoro, equipaggiati con sonde termiche e presetting laser per utensili, così da garantire la precisione ed il rispetto delle tolleranze imposte dal progetto.

Realizziamo portastampi per il settore dei contenitori (alimentari e non) packaging, dove lo spessore dei particolari stampati è di pochi decimi.

Inoltre eseguiamo portastampi per articoli tecnici, settore automotive (glazing) con numerosi carrelli inclinati, multimpronta e sandwich per cassette e contenitori di vario genere

Special mold bases for plastic injection, die-casting and punching

We carry holders for shearing sheet metal die castings.

We perform hot chamber spacers and locations for Hot Halves work various types of steels C45, 2311 and special steels such Ramax2 (Inox) in particular used for molds dedicated to the production of articles for the food industry.

We provide mold bases ready for assembly, finished in every detail.

From 2005 to 2009 we were associated with UCISAP, Association Italian mold makers and precision equipment.

Upon request we issue the certificate of inspection measuring parts with 3D system for quality documentation.

Vi.Meccanica snc manufactures special mold holder with materials and designs provided by the customer. Our technical program office machining cycles using 3D modelers (ProEngineer- WildFire) and cam (WorkNc- Cut).

The finish of the mold holder is made on machining centers, equipped with thermal probes and laser tool setting for tools, so as to ensure accuracy and compliance with the tolerances imposed by the project.

We realize mold holders for the containers of the sector (food and non) packaging, where the thickness of the molded parts is of a few tenths.

We also do mold bases for engineering goods, automotive industry (glazing) with numerous inclined trolleys, multicavity and sandwich boxes and various types of containers

Vi.Meccanica SNC stellt spezielle Formhalter mit Materialien und durch den Kunden-Designs. Unsere technischen Programmbüro Bearbeitungszyklen mit Hilfe von 3D-Modellierer (ProEngineer- Wildfire ) und Nocken (WorkNc- Cut).

Die Oberfläche des Formhalter wird auf Bearbeitungszentren hergestellt, ausgestattet mit Thermosonden und Laser-Werkzeugeinstellung für Werkzeuge, um die Genauigkeit und die Einhaltung der Toleranzen durch das Projekt auferlegt zu gewährleisten.

Wir wissen, Formhalter für die Behälter des Sektors (Food und Non) Verpackung, wo die Dicke der Formteile von wenigen Zehntel ist.

Das tun wir auch Formaufbauten für technische Güter, Automobilindustrie (Verglasung) mit zahlreichen schrägen Wagen, Mehrkammer und Sandwich-Boxen und verschiedene Arten von Behältern. Wir führen Halterungen für Scheren Blechdruckgussteile.

Wir führen Warmkammer Distanzstücke und Standorte für Heiße Seiten unterschiedliche Stähle C45 arbeiten, 2311 und Spezialstähle wie z Ramax2 (Inox) insbesondere zur zur Herstellung von Artikeln für die Lebensmittelindustrie gewidmet Formen.
