FlexGuard kann zur Abdichtung in allen Saugwalzen eingesetzt werden – egal, ob in Zellstoff-, Karton-, Tissue- oder Papiermaschinen und unabhängig vom Walzenmantelmaterial. Das flexible, reibungsarme und damit laufsichere Material hat sich vor allem in der Papierherstellung bewährt und kommt auch im Maschinen- und Anlagenbau vielfach zum Einsatz.
In unserem Video seht ihr die Herstellung von Dichtleisten aus FlexGuard. Sie sind im Vergleich zu früher eingesetzten Graphitleisten extrem flexibel. Was bedeutet, dass die Bruchgefahr bei diesem Material auf nahezu null reduziert ist. Und sie können bis zu einer Länge von 12 Metern geliefert werden – in einer kleinen Kiste praktisch zusammengerollt. Das vereinfacht das Handling und die Lagerung. Und damit natürlich auch den Weg vom Lager zur Papiermaschine, wenn eine Dichtleiste ausgetauscht werden muss.

FlexGuard from Wefapress® - for mechanical paper production as well as mechanical and plant engineering!
FlexGuard can be used to seal all suction rolls – whether in pulp, board, tissue or paper machines and regardless of the roll shell material. The flexible, low-friction and therefore reliable material has proven itself above all in paper production and is also widely used in mechanical and plant engineering.
In our video you can see the processing of sealing strips from FlexGuard. They are extremely flexible compared to the graphite strips used previously. Which means that the risk of breakage with this material is reduced to almost zero. And they can be delivered up to a length of 12 meters - practically rolled up in a small box. This simplifies handling and storage. And with it, of course, the way from the warehouse to the paper machine when a sealing strip has to be replaced.
