Our story

Incubated as a family office in 1999, WAM has evolved into an asset manager with a focus on high risk-adjusted financial returns alongside positive environmental impact.

Our beliefs

The green industrial revolution is here and happening right now. Climate change is real and ongoing. Disruptive technologies based on this will deliver great financial returns and improve the environment. WAM is positioned in the center of these developments. The firm takes smart positions in across all asset classes, with a focus on growth stage private equity. It will actively develop the companies in its portfolio.

Our people

People make the difference, in WAM and in our investments. In WAM we have a shared back-office and analysis section, in combination with dedicated teams for green growth private equity.  The committed team members have great track-records in finance and industry.

Growth stage private equity with positive impact: GGF2

GGF2, Green Growth Fund 2, is our private equity fund which invests in European growth companies. The aim is to deliver high returns and to benefit the environment.

Impact investing across all asset classes: REEF

REEF, the “Renewable Energy and Efficiency Firm” has been set up as an evergreen vehicle to invest long-term across all assets classes with a positive environmental impact, aiming to benefit from the opportunities and address the risks which the green industrial revolution brings about.
