Her background includes prestigious New York and San Francisco law firms, as well as a degree in engineering and a first career as a computer programmer in the New York financial industry.
Based in Germany since 2008, she assists both corporate and individual clients, focusing on cross-border issues , including contract negotiations and disputes, corporate formation and reorganization, and immigration issues.
Ms. Weston is a trained and experienced presenter. She provides seminars and executive training in topics related to US and international law practice and theory, including instruction in legal English.
