David Wong, Managing Consultant

David is the managing consultant of Wired2Cloud and is responsible for developing strategic growth plans for the organisation as well as CRM consulting for key clients. Prior to Wired2Cloud, David held senior CRM leadership roles in several consulting organisations, both in Australia and overseas. David also has over a decade of CRM consulting experience, having worked in many full lifecycle Oracle CRM projects for a diverse range of clients.

Mark Jordan, Principal Consultant

Mark is involved in the sales and delivery of CRM solutions, with a special focus on architecture, cloud based technologies and customer focused business intelligence. Mark has held leadership roles in major private and public sector organisations including a senior consulting role at Oracle. He is a firm believer that effective CRM strategy is a key enabler to sales growth and increased profitability.

Jeff Blows, Principal Consultant

Jeff has many years of experience working with clients on optimising and improving the performance of sales, service and marketing teams. He has helped many clients define, gain clarity and implement their CRM strategy. Aside from CRM consulting, Jeff has also led high performance sales teams in many leading financial services and hi-tech companies.

Riccardo Roma, Principal Consultant

Riccardo is a highly experienced Principal Consultant with extensive experience with CRM. He has had ongoing responsibility for client and project management for several key CRM implementations and major CRM upgrade projects. With experience in solution development, project management, team leadership and client engagement, Riccardo has worked in a broad spectrum of roles in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
