KFZ-ORIGINALTEILE SEIT 1996
Unsere Gießerei mit Möglichkeiten mechanischer Bearbeitung wird von einem italienisch-chinesischen Team geführt und seit mehr als 20 Jahren bedient als Zulieferer hauptsächlichdie russischen und chinesischen OEM der Automobilindustrie.
Unsere Teile werden aus Gusseisen und ähnlichen Eisenlegierungen[](https://image-store.slidesharecdn.com/dd3d8304-1dcd-4843-a158-426de9030bdf-original.jpeg)gefertigt und seit 1998 sind wir die Spezialisten für technisch anspruchsvolle Turboteile und Abgaskrümmer.
MASSENPRODUKTION
Wir fertigen im Croning-Verfahren, und meist für größere Produktionen im Sandguss-Verfahren mittels einer halbautomatischen Formanlage für Grünsandguss.
QUALITÄT AUF HÖCHSTEM NIVEAU
Unsere Qualität ist auf höchstem Niveau, weil wir mit einer Zertifizierung des Qualitätsmanagementsystems nach ISO 9001 arbeiten (und 2018 erfolgt die Transition von ISO/TS 16949 für die Automobilindustrie nach der neuen IATF 16949).
Für die Transport- , Bau- , Öl- und Gas- sowie Hydraulische Industrie denken wir daher, unsere WNCF-Gießerei könnte ein idealer Lieferant für Maskenformgießen und für Sandgießen sein.

AUTOMOTIVE OE-CASTINGS SINCE 1996
Our foundry with machining facilities is managed by an Italian-Chinese team and has mainly served the OE Russian and Chinese Markets for more than 20 years.

MASS PRODUCTIONS
We make use of shell mold casting and, mainly for larger productions, of sand mold casting by means of a semiautomatic green-sandmolding line.
HIGHEST LEVEL OF QUALITY
We are ISO 9001 certified and since we are committed to the effective implementation of our Quality Management System to achieve the ISO’s objectives , we ensure customers get consistent, top quality products (and 2018 we’ll make the transition from the standard for automotive products ISO/TS 16949 to the new IATF 16949).

PRODUZIONI DI MASSA
Nella nostra fonderia di metalli ferrosi usiamo la tecnica della colata in guscio e, sopratutto per le grandi produzioni industriali, la tecnica della colata in sabbia attraverso la nostra linea di formaturasemiautomatica in terra-a-verde.

Ci siamo guadagnati la certificazione ISO 9001 e siamo in grado di assicurare al cliente una qualità al top - e stabile - in quanto facciamo in modo che il nostro Sistema di Gestione della Qualità sia effettivamente rispettato e conforme agli standard ISO (e nel 2017 faremo la transizione dalla certificazione di qualità specifica per il settore automotive ISO/TS 16949 alla nuova IATF 16949) .
