About us
We are a new, community-focused bakery and café launching soon in Berlin, built around high-quality, traditional NY-style bagels. Wolf’s Bagels brings the tradition of New York–style bagel making to Berlin. Each bagel is hand-rolled, cold-fermented overnight, kettle-boiled in the morning, and baked to achieve the perfect crust with a soft, chewy interior. Bagels began as a humble, hand-rolled bread carried through generations. Wolf's Bagels carries on that tradition and is a space for ideas and community — one batch, one morning, one conversation at a time.
