The «XG lab + development» was founded in 2007 related to building construction and civil engineering. The company was founded by Stephen Chatzouli and Christina Georgiades designed to study, design and construction of private projects and the construction of buildings with equity for the sale of ready housing quality.

The base architecture based approach both in art and science of design - the notion of impact, not just the graphic design, and implementation of buildings. In this way, the office creates projects based on three principles: Elegance, stability and usability. The architecture is balanced and coordinated based on these three items, no more than the others.

The architectural space then built around these coordinates, so as to offer the use of operating facilities, comfort and pleasure at living or working, resulting in a better quality of life.
