Xparency is a web-based service where technical service providers can showcase their customer references in order to make them freely and readily available to potential customers. These references cover 9 areas of service and business objectives (e.g. cost, quality, and communication), and give customers the ability to choose vendors based on the criteria that is important to them. By showcasing the references online, companies do not need to repeatedly reach out to past customers to bother them for a reference. It's not just about getting new customers, but it's also about keeping past customers happy.
