Zeix AG is the largest Swiss agency specializing in User-Centered Design and user research. More than 3,000 participants in usability tests and studies contributed to the company’s rich experience in designing useful and usable interfaces.

Founded in 2000, Zeix is today well acquainted with the knowledge, skills and mental models of Internet, software and mobile phone users and their development over the years.

User-Centered Design: Zeix develops user interfaces with outstanding usability, e.g. for web sites, intranets, mobile phone services, touch screen applications and software.

Usability tests, user research and expert reviews: Zeix analyzes and assures a good customer experience for web sites, software, print documents, e.g. by means of usability testing or expert reviews.

User education and technical communication: Zeix provides self-explanatory texts and illustrations to enable a majority of users to effectively use the Internet as well as software and mobile communication devices.
