58 employees were under my authority: Electrical Service at the Plant, Automatic Control System Department, Instrumentation Area, Substation Service, Low Current Systems Service. Equipment serviced: Water Treatment Plant, Compressor Station, Steam Generating Station, Boiler Room, Fume Treatment Plant, Substation 330/35/10 kV, 160 t EAF, LRF, VD, two CCM, Metallurgical Cranes up to 330t. Electric power consumption is within 65 million kW×hour per month

•Created the Service at Substation from scratch. Arranged training for the employees. •Received permission from public controlling institutions for operation of the Substation and 330 kV cable line, and compliance certificate for the foreign-manufactured equipment meeting the HSE requirements in Ukraine. •Commissioning of the Substation and 330 kV cable line: powered and energized the equipment. •Arranged operation and maintenance of the Substation and 330 kV cable line.

•Supervised construction objects: 330/35/10 Substation, restored cells 330 kV at Thermoelectric Power Station, 330 kV cable line, electric equipment in the Meltshop Plant. •Ensured implementation of the construction. •Executed technical expert examination of the developed design documentation for the external power supply facilities, electric equipment. •Monitored erection and adjustment works, controlled the performed tests, ensured works performance deadlines.
