Responsible for defining business requirements, documenting stakeholders' business needs and requirements into product deliverables/specifications, creating user stories, and together with Product Manager groom & maintain product backlogs and implement the product. Created Wireframes for layout content and functionality. Explain the product deliverables/specifications to development & QA team and estimate the work. Assisting QA team to develop test plan, test scenarios and test cases to be used in testing.

Played a key role in the system requirement gathering, designing, developing application and leading a QA software testing team. Performed AS-IS analysis of Alshifa 3plus. Elicited, analyzed, and documented stakeholders' business needs and requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops for Alshifa 4. Translated business process model to technical realization, user stories, functional business requirements, test scenarios, test plans, test cases and system spec.

Accountable for analyzing business requirements, designing, developing, implementing & post implementation production support for Slab Yard Management System, Coil Yard Management, Coil Tracking and Transporting System (Cold Rolling Mill).
