• Resolving clients’ technical questions or problems over the telephone, email and /or internet chat in the areas of system configurations/setup, product functionality and bugs/enhancements. • Escalating/elevating software core queries to R&D whilst ensuring that all pertinent information is gathered and that details are accurately entered to enable prompt resolution.

• Plan, design, deploy and maintain Local Area Network, Wide Area Networks, VoIP, for Clients. Assist the Network Analyst /Communications Analyst to install components to meet application needs of companies. • Team Lead and Architect of Cisco Telepresence Solution (CUCM, VCS-CONTROL, VCS-Expressway, TMS and Endpoints MX-300 and MX-800) , Unified Contact Centre (CUCM) and (UCCX) for Clients.

- IP address planning for uniqueness and scalability, VRF Naming, Route-target planning and management in the MPLS Core - Monitoring customer's connectivity, performance and bandwidth utilization via PRTG & Idirect monitor. - Planning and Deployment of Wireless Lan Controller (WLC) and integration of Wireless Access Points (APs) to scale customer's environment.

• Consulting using various types of Network devices: Cisco routers, Switches and Catalyst Switches. • Implementing traffic filters using Standard & Extended access-lists, Distribute-Lists & Route Maps. • Designing and implementing Cisco UC to replace existing PBX. Cisco UC technologies included Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Cisco Unified Unity, Cisco Unified Presence. • Installing and configuring Cisco call manager.(CUCM)
