My main duties as an administration officer included assisting in the clearance of backlog of CSA administration/investigation of outstanding benefits and issues with benefits before the department financial end of year( March 2011 ). Where I used the CSA’s and job centre’s in house database systems to compile and produce statistic reports for the senior management.

Whilst working in this job role I was responsible for planning resources, manpower requirements and timing tasks for engineering projects including both internal and external.
