Routinely handle the fine and sorting of mail, internal and external errands and if necessary, courier trips. I also enter the necessary data into system and take care of general office tasks. Collecting and loading internal and external mail or packages completes field of activity

» Supervised procurement function for total UPSL section as per BOQ & budget costing, sourcing, verify & comparison as per SOP. Safety analyses, job demand, according to the best quality, value, time line, issue local/international PO, L/C & follow-up the shipment with operations requirement. » On completion of process documents forwarded to finance proceed for the next. » CRM report, Budget, local and international market report, pipe line summary report prepared for the Management.

» Supervising all inbound and outbound air, ocean & road shipment routing while ensuring shipments are cleared on time and deliver as per operations. » Scheduling and Pre-planning of over gauge & special shipments from point of destination up to delivery, that includes MOH approvals, coordinating with government and statutory bodies to ensure that accurate documentation. » Operations and administration of the warehouse. Periodic analysis and report generation on cost and warehouse management.

» Supervise pre-award contract management processes focusing on prequalification and bid evaluation, RFQ/RFP/Tenders, bidder short listing, negotiating, drafting and placement of Contract award. » Prepare standard contracts in consultation with legal, finance & end-user departments, service agreements. » Evaluation and Negotiation report in accordance SOP. » Being buyer, gathering proposals, rates, quotes then verifying & comparing issue of the LPO/SO L/C, W/O follow-up the completion of service.

To monitor material procurement function for total engineering fit out & FMS division as per BOQ (Bill of Quantity) & budget costing » To collect rate quotes, verify & compare. Re-negotiated rates, ensuring timely delivery and quality as per SOP standards » According to the best value, issue local purchase order, letter of credit & follow-up the delivery of material » On completion of delivery material confirmations material received, forward to the accounts department for payment
