Preside over the passive accounting service and support active accounting service ensuring the fairness and responsiveness to business needs and existing regulations. Management of relationships with banks and accounts payable service providing all administrative formalities and in particular: registration of passive invoices, Extra-CEE self-invoices, Integrated CEE invoices, Reverse Charge invoices, ISTAT questionnaires, online compilation of customer panels for competitions.

Management, in compliance with company procedures, all operations concerning the analytic accounts designed to ensure the proper allocation of costs. General Accounting and taxation: revenue management and payments; drawing up of accounting records and editing of budget details. Registration of active and passive invoices, self-invoices within the CEE Countries, preparing Intrastat and VAT register.

Activities to ensure compliance with tax and budgetary requirements of the clients, auditing and budget; preparation of tax declarations. Custom schedules for optimizing the tax impact and preparation of the necessary documentation in order to process the company balance sheet. VAT calculation, communication and declaration, bank reconciliations; preparing Intrastat; 770mod. for Self-employed clients, holding taxes certification.

Organizational strategy planned with the objective of ensuring the highest level of efficiency, order and coordination expertise Office. Control of contracts, prices, gas volumes, penalties, rewards and preparation of innovative procedures to ensure greater speed and precision in execution times.
