Project: Wadi Al Maradi - 124 Villas | Harrow International School, Dubai)  Coordinate site execution across 124 villas, covering precast erection, blockwork, Fortis Easy Panel installation, joinery, aluminium/glass works and finishing packages to meet design specifications.  Reduced material wastage by 15% across plastering, tiling, waterproofing and painting through tighter resource allocation and day-to-day material control

 Supervised pile and raft foundations, reinforcement and concreting, then coordinated superstructure, masonry, MEP interfaces and finishing works through phased delivery.  Managed precast structures, Fortis Easy Panel, GRC/EDFS, waterproofing, tiling, painting, joinery and aluminium/glass packages, resolving site issues with consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Project: Buch International Hospital  Supervised site layout, bar bending schedules, reinforcement and steel works, using inspections and testing to maintain construction quality.  Prepared daily progress reports and project billing, and coordinated contractors and consultants to resolve site issues and achieve planned milestones.
