Management of quality systems for ASTM Grade 60/40 MS Deformed Steel Bars by rolling and passing through TMT (Thermal Mechanical Treatment). Laboratory’s Supervision for testing the final product by mechanical tests (tensile and bending). Quality control of products to ensure that they comply with international standards for reinforcing steel. Inspection of raw material receivables. Collaborates with the electrical and mechanical departments by providing the necessary inputs.

Inspected supplier materials (spectroscopy, tensile and bend testing according to ASTM). Created inspection plans and documented results. Analyzed deviations (FMEA, SPC, 8D) and implemented corrective actions. Optimized processes and improved material consistency. Conducted ISO-compliant internal audits and prepared quality reports.
