-Technical, disciplinary and organizational management of the electronics team -Responsibility for compliance with schedule, quality and cost targets -Ensuring the quality of the department's technical services -Ensuring assemblies are designed in accordance with production requirements -Development of a long-term electronics roadmap -Resource planning -Initiation of new electronics and system concepts and evaluation of opportunities and risks -Cooperation with external partners -Managing hiring's process

Main responsibilities within the ADAS: - Responsible for the detailed scheduling and budgeting of R&D activities - Interface with the customer for the R&D subjects, break down and cascade internally customer requests and needs - Contribute to the identification of the needs (resources, equipments, investments) - Establish detail break down of the activities to meet the project milestones - Tracking of all requirements and their proper implementations for V-cycle compliance
