Aaron Gonsalves

The role involves sourcing for and selecting candidates, building a network of contacts and identifying skills to match with vancancies. The candidates all work within the Oracle E-Business arena, and I have basic understanding of the key roles and modules involved. My role as a resourcer involves working closely and liaising with the recruitment consultants to fill positions and build our candidate database by the use of making outbound calls and communicating through email.
