Managed numerous construction projects from IFC to final turnover. Managed as many as 5 contractors at any given time. Coordinated turnovers from construction to commissioning and from commissioning to operations. Coordinated environmental compliance issues with permitting agencies and BP internal compliance coordinators.

Coordinated communications between construction crews and the client as well as engineering. Investigated engineering busts and formulated field fixes along with materials requirements and construction estimates. Generated mechanical construction estimates to provide the basis for the project control system (cost and schedule). Provided field design services for very small projects.

Provided conceptual estimates for major oilfield installations. Supervised design work on minor oilfield projects. Provided detailed project management estimates for small to medium sized projects. Provided engineering recommendations for concepts on several projects.

In charge of installation of new greenfield project on Alaska's North Slope.
