• Led the Basis offshore team comprising of 5 team members. • Responsible for daily monitoring of the 5 SAP Landscapes for system and database performance as defined in the SLA on a 24x5 basis • Was deputed to onsite (Chicago, US) to interact with the client team and later transitioned the knowledge to the offshore team. • Prepared the Weekly & Monthly Status reports for the senior management & client teams. • Mentoring of new SAP Basis resources and Planning for the various trainings for the team.

• Worked on Tidal Enterprise Scheduler Adapter for SAP. o Tidal Enterprise Scheduler brings the automation, manageability and reliability of the premier enterprise application. You can finally maximize the productivity gains of your SAP jobs by setting dependencies to and from other platforms and programs, including external non-SAP applications. SAP jobs can now be managed from a single console. • SAP Basis activities included: o Batch Jobs handling o Responsible for daily monitoring of the R/3 system

• Performed the initial R/3 install for the sandbox system, and worked in security including the Profile Generator and roles. • User Master Maintenance / Roles generation / Authorization etc • Configuration of STMS • CCMS Monitoring • Error determinations ABAP Dumps, Logs, Trace Files • Performance Monitoring and Tuning.
