Currently, I am working as an assistant prof and researcher at İstanbul Gelişim University-Turkey. I earn notable experience in commercial molecular diagnosis kit development, particularly a wide range of nucleic acid isolation kits and real-time PCR kits (HBV, HCV, HDV, HIV, and CMV). For the last two years, I take the role of an executive manager if the following projects. 1- Acoustic Microchip Based Rapid Ribonucleic Acid Isolation Kit Development; consists of surface acoustic wave base technique for cell sorting in microchannel and cell lysis over the microchip. 2- Ultra-sensitive magnetic biosensor development for nucleic acid detection; consists of electromagnetic-based technology to detect amplified nucleic acid fragments of PCR. I use state-of-the-art methods to develop a point of cure (POC) diagnostic platform. I am an expert in molecular biology techniques such as flow cytometry, cell sorting, microscopy, immunoassays, DNA/RNA/protein extraction, RT-PCR, and sequencing.
