· Concept design for residential compound of 8 identical buildings & design for several private villas located in Beirut and South Lebanon. · Preparing design proposals followed by preparing the permit files taking into consideration all regulations and construction laws to the client. · Producing technical drawings /Shop Drawings, construction details, and specifications. · Liaised between internal and external disciplines. · Regularly Sites Visits to follow up on quality and construction progress.

· Preparing design proposals to the Client · Designing the swimming pool along with its services & landscape. · Checking on progress & keeping within financial budgets and deadlines. · Producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications. · Supervising all civil & architectural works including: Structural work: Footings, Tie-beams, Slab-On-Grade, Columns, Floor Slabs, etc. · Finishing work: Block partitions, Plaster, Tiling, Paint, etc. · Resolving problems and issues that arise during construction.

Project: Al-Nasiriyah Residential City: The project belongs to the Iraqi Government. It is a residential city depending on a horizontal construction with its infra-structure consists of 801 villas & of site area 250 acre. Main Activities: · Supervision all civil & architectural works. · Resolving problems & issues that arise during construction. · Coordination with the consultant on behalf of the Iraqi government. · Updating the design & shop drawings of this project.
