Sorted products at the sortation center. Following my tenure as a sortation associate, I was promoted to the position of line assistant after 4 months of my work. In my role as a line assistant, I actively participated in health and safety meetings, coordinated with colleagues, and ensured truck delivery in time. Conducted morning meetings and ensured the smooth start of the day by reporting to the supervisor around the warehouse.

Acted as the focal person in the Camp, ensuring proper and effective communication with other agencies and preparing reports for the government at the camp level. Engaged in coordination and collaboration with stakeholders and donor by actively participating in Sector Coordination Meetings at the Center level monthly. Supervised a team of 16 employees at the camp level and successfully implemented 2 projects, with a budget totaling approximately $500,000 within a span of 1 year.

Ensured seamless coordination with top management, ranging from donor agencies to government officials, down to the camp level. Managed projects comprehensively, by reporting, monitoring, and proper supervision. Successfully implemented a 5-month project with a budget of $277,000 as a Deputy Program Manager.

Check Design, Drawings, Estimates & Materials Test reports and Managing projects directly by dealing with clients. Identify engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented at the construction sites. Structural Design of Multi-storied RCC Residential & Industrial Building and Analysis & Design by using Auto-CAD (2D) Working with one 10 Storied Residential Building Design and Supervise the construction with team.

Conducted a comprehensive research project and authored a thesis focusing on the utilization of biochar for wastewater treatment. Participated in a four-day intensive seminar titled "COTTCOP 2020" centered on International Environmental Law. Engaged in a full-day excursion dedicated to Environmental Impact Assessment. Completed assignments by utilizing R Programming, Arc-GIS, AutoCAD, and HECRUS on Environmental Modelling, Water Modeling, and Power Generation.
