Plan and manage many projects which vary in size [250k to 27M USD in budget] and scope [from datacenters building to building and customizing enterprise-level business solutions]. My main focus points within the projects life-cycles were included: - Develop & document the project charter, scope, WBS and plan the main deliverables and dependencies - Protect the project scope, respecting a high-level of customer satisfaction - Monitor the planned risks and enhance the opportunities

Re-define metrics & improve the IT processes to reduce the cost and raise the efficiency based on multi-tier support levels. I established a partnership with customers & retained the talented engineers and technicians, and increase their proficiencies. In addition to Prepare and conduct awareness session for customers (Internal employees and external customers: O&M Contracts).

Analyze, gather and sort all the procedures of an organization and define boundaries then change the logical and temporal sequence of the steps, and the characteristics of the process, to transform them into electronic services. Being enabler & facilitator for process mapping. I worked closely with the architects to integrate the processes into the enterprise framework and applications and to extend and modify the architecture.

I used to be responsible for all the technical aspects of each project assigned; mostly SW and sometimes HDW, including install, configure and customize all the systems (DMS, Archiving solution, Library automation system, etc..) and DB servers. Develop tools and applications related to those systems; customize web portals, and configuring business solutions at customer's premises. I used to handle many O&M projects as well, by keep all the systems upgraded throughout the project contract.
