Abdallah Mhashi

During my internship at Kemlat for technology and consulting in Jordan, I participated in the planning and development of software solutions and web applications, and supported the maintenance of websites and digital products. This role honed my skills in customer handling, time management, and working under pressure to complete assigned projects on time.

In addition to my technical background, I have valuable experience in the customer service industry. I worked with an outsourcing company called CS Mena for two years, where I resolved complaints, supervised and assisted a team of 15-30 agents, and utilized internet tools to support customer inquiries. I also developed a new method using real-time updated sheets to improve agent-customer handling time, which significantly enhanced the efficiency of the account I worked with to this day.
