Realization of the LPG extraction plant of Rhourde-El-Baguel

Project: Mobile Gas turbine power plant of Adrar, Client Hyundai-Sonelgaz. Tasks: Contract management, Prepare and update construction schedules, Monitor project activities, Prepare PMS attachments (Project Measurement System), Coordinate, Schedule and arrange meetings, Negotiate contracts and contracting, Manage the interface with the client/subcontractors, treat client claims, Supervise the application of the communication procedure, Evaluate subcontractors, Ensure the application of the quality plan;

Project: Mobile Gas turbine power plant of Adrar, Client Hyundai-Sonelgaz. Tasks: Assist the Project Manager, Coordinate and participate in client and subcontractor meetings, Participate in the preparation of client/subcontractor Engineering schedules, Control of Engineering schedules, Treat client claims related to Engineering, Check the conformity of drawings issued by subcontractors, Evaluate the effectiveness and performance of the Engineering process according to the QMS.

Projects: Chevalley luxury real estate (4B+G+12 floors building), Algiers. HABIBAS amusement park, Oran. GAEA New Admin building, Algiers. Tasks: Design of concrete buildings. Site supervision of Sheet pile retaining wall. Negotiation of contracts with subcontractors.

Project: Naama Combined Cycle (Gas & Steam) Power Plant for SPE / SONELGAZ. Tasks: Supervising Civil Works (Earthworks (Excavation & Backfilling), Rebar and Formwork,…etc.) of different structures (BOP Area); Checking of BOQ Quantities of related structures; Supervising concrete pouring and attending different tests.

Project: Living Base and Security Camp of Reggan, for GRN Consortium (SONATRACH/REPSOL). Tasks: Supervise Civil design and control of engineering schedule. Weekly and monthly meetings and preparation of M.O.M Prepare of technical queries Ensure exchange of information and supervise the production of deliverables as per document management procedure Coordinate and interface as per Project coordination and communication procedure Coordinate with CTC (Construction Technical Control–Local Authorities)

Projects : 400/220 KV GIS Power Substation Extension of Hassi-Messaoud, for CEEG / SONELGAZ. 220/60 KV AIS Power Substation of Boufarik, for CEEG / SONELGAZ. 60/30 KV AIS Power Substation of Ouled-Saber, for CEEG / SONELGAZ. Tasks: Supervise Civil design and control of the engineering schedule. Attend weekly and monthly meetings and preparation of M.O.M Negotiate of contracts with subcontractors. Coordinate between different partners.

Projects : Tramway of Mostaganem City(14.2 Km), Tramway of Sétif City(22 Km), Tasks: Design of Concrete Structures (Retaining walls, U-sections, Overpasses….) Preparation of Specifications

Project : Military hospital of Blida New city of Sidi-Abdallah Different tenders Tasks : Preparation of technical documents for tenders. Checking and Approval of technical documents of different projects. Project Estimation and preparation of BOQ

Projects & Tasks: Design of Sainte- Corinne Bridge in El-Harrach, Algiers (a steel girder bridge), Design of concrete slab deck bridges and over-passes, Preparation of expertise report of many projects.
